Learner Support Advisor at The Skills Network
Working in self-directed, online adult education, supporting people as they completed Level 1 and 2 courses. This was achieved through managing my own caseload and communicating with learners over the phone and email.

Developing my research skills I have gained at University, by gathering data from a range of online sources (polling data, YouTube Videos, academic sources). Producing briefing documents and writing literature reviews.

6 week internship learning how to use Extensible Mark-up Language to code a play, to form part of the research for the New Oxford Shakespeare Project.
